You are invited during this special season. Everyone is welcome. Come celebrate with us during the Christmas Season. We are located on the corner of Forest and Gamble in McCall.

As we prepare our hearts for the coming of Christ, we observe traditions and decorate our sanctuary. Beginning our December 1, we light the first candle on the Advent Wreath and continue this through the four Sundays of Advent as we prepare for a Christian Christmas. Each service begins at 10:00 a.m. and is followed by coffee hour and fellowship. In addition to the Advent Wreath and Hanging of the Greens we place a Nativity scene at the altar to remind us of Christ’s birth in a humble place.

December 19, 6:00 p.m., Longest Night Christmas gathering. We will honor those who struggle during the holidays: people who may have lost loved ones, or work on the holidays, or simply find there is too much pressure to enjoy the festivities around Christmas. During this peaceful service, we will say prayers, meditate, and listen to music. Tanya Hansen will provide the music.

December 22, 10:00 a.m., Lessons and Carols – a Special Celebration with St. Lucia! Joyful worship, music, fellowship, and a special visit from St. Lucia. Come and join us as we celebrate the Advent Season. We will enjoy coffee, treats, and conversation after the service. We will collect food for our local food banks as well.

December 24, 5:30 p.m., Christmas Eve Communion service. Music, candles, and scripture will remind us of the true meaning of Christmas. People tell us they leave feeling peaceful and calm. It is a beautiful service. Jeff Parnett will provide the music.
