Centering Prayer Retreat – March 23 St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church | McCall Centering Prayer is a form of Christian Contemplative Prayer, to center your awareness on the presence of God. This modern movement in Christianity was initiated by three Trappist Monks of St. Joseph’s Abbey in Spencer, Massachusetts in the 1970s. Our Bishop, Jos Tharakan, is an Internationally commissioned Centering Prayer facilitator. He will lead this one-day retreat at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church on March 23rd, Saturday.
